Provided IT support across the Cincinnati and Sharonville offices, with remote phone support for other Midwest locations. Worked through a backlogged ticket queue and handled a range of on-site and remote support tasks. Documented and improved the employee onboarding workflow, clarifying system handoffs and reducing manual steps for new hires. Built a new MDT image that automated Lenovo driver installation, domain controller enrollment, and Windows 11 upgrades, reducing the manual work required per deployment.

Music - Trombone
I play trombone and was a member of the University of Cincinnati Bearcat Marching Band from 2020 to 2024. During my time with the band, I participated in numerous memorable events:

- DCI (Drum Corps International) Celebration Tour 2021 - Part of the special celebration events
- Big 12 Basketball Tournament 2024 - Supported UC athletics during conference play

Being part of the Bearcat Marching Band was an incredible experience that taught me discipline, teamwork, and the value of being part of something larger than myself. I also performed with Concert Band and Pep Band during my university years.
