Impact: Migrated from individual LXCs to a unified Docker stack; subnet static routing isolates household service availability from upstream failures.

Windows Imaging and PXE Automation

Automated imaging pipeline built across two co-op employers using FOG Project and MDT. Eliminated manual installs and standardized Windows 11 deployments across departments.

Stack: FOG Project, MDT, Windows Deployment Services, UEFI/BIOS config
Impact: Reduced per-machine deployment time from roughly 2 hours to under 20 minutes. Automated Lenovo driver injection, domain enrollment, and department-specific image variants.
Context: Deployed at Tire Discounters (MDT image) and Total Quality Logistics (PXE pipeline with pre-imaging checklist for I/O verification and BIOS configuration).

Approach: Triaged tickets by priority, documented onboarding workflows and system handoffs, and resolved issues on-site or over the phone depending on what each situation required.

Impact: Kept the hardware fleet current by identifying and staging machines for destruction once they no longer met OS or software requirements.
Approach: Identified machines by processor generation, tracked assets through the decommissioning pipeline, and staged them for destruction by the appropriate team.

End-User Equipment Moves

Day-to-day IT support work centered around helping employees move and get set up in new spaces.

Impact: Reduced frustration and downtime by making sure users were fully set up and ready to work as quickly as possible.
Approach: Communicated directly with users, carefully broke down and moved equipment, then rebuilt and tested everything at the new location.
